Glenn Crytzer’s New Yorkers (formerly Glenn Crytzer and his Syncopators) is a 6 piece combo that plays the music of the late 1930s and 1940s.  The band is influenced by artists like Fats Waller, Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Duke Ellington, Count Basie and other greats of the swing era, and plays classic arrangements, head arrangements, and original songs and arrangements by Glenn. Not only do the New Yorkers play the '30s and '40s, they focus on playing that music in its original style with a vintage sound set-up.

The New Yorkers have performed at hundreds of dances, concerts, festivals and events, across the US and Canada. They've released two full length albums (when they were still called the Syncopators), entitled “Harlem Mad” and Skinny Minne.” Tracks from both albums have been used extensively in TV and Film projects.
